SOMBREO DIP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. extra hot catsup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can (1 c.) red kidney beans with liquid
1/2 c. shredded sharp American cheese
1/4 c. chopped green olives
1/4 c. chopped onion

Brown meat, 1/4 cup onion in skillet or chafing dish. Stir in catsup, chili powder and salt.

Mash beans. Mix with meat mixture and heat thoroughly. Garnish with cheese, onion and olives. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Serve hot with corn chips or tortilla chips.
