PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1/2 c. sour cream
4 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding mix

Mix cake mix, 1 pudding mix, oil, sour cream, water, and eggs until smooth. Pour into greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour. Remove and cool.

FROSTING:

Beat whipping cream and remaining pudding mix until stiff. Spread over top of cake.
