PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
5 oz. (3/4 c.) chocolate syrup
1/2 c. oil
1 sm. box pistachio pudding

TOPPING:

1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 c. milk
1 sm. box pistachio pudding

Mix cake, sour cream, pudding, oil and eggs. Pour into greased bundt pan using only 3/4 of batter. Add chocolate syrup to remainder of batter and then pour on top. Use knife to marble. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Let cool.

TOPPING: Beat pudding and milk together, then combine with cream and beat until stiff. Frost cake.
