angel food cake
2 pkg. Knox gelatine
4 tbsp. cold water
1 c. boiling water
1 c. white sugar
1 No. 2 can pineapple
juice of 1 lemon
3 pkg. Dream Whip
1 can Angel Flake coconut

Soften gelatine in cold water. Add boiling water and sugar. Stir. Add pineapple and lemon juice. Let congeal slightly. Mix 2 packages Dream Whip as directed. Add to congealed mixture. Break cake into bite-sized pieces. Layer cake, gelatine mix, cake, gelatine mix, etc. Chill. Mix other package Dream Whip and spread on cake. Top with coconut.
