BEEF STEW (CROCK POT) | |
2 lb. stew meat 1/2 c. flour 1 1/2 c. beef broth 1 tsp. Worcestershire 2-3 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes, peeled & cubed 2 stalks celery, sliced 1 onion, quartered 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, drained & cut 1 bay leaf Put stew meat in crock pot and pour flour over meat; stir to coat meat. Add beef broth; stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cook on low 10-12 hours. High 4-6 hours. |
