SUPER EASY SALMON BURGERS 
Mix:

1 egg
¼ cup flour
salt and pepper, to taste
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 can salmon (take out tiny bones)

Then, mash like making hamburgers. And dip both sides in separate mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil in skillet, turning to brown both sides.

Great recipe - I just made these, and got 5 burgers out of the recipe, with one can of boneless, skinless salmon. I substituted garlic powder for minced garlic, and added a bit of onion powder as well. They turned out absolutely delicious, and were very quick and easy to make. Thanks!
