PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Grease angel food cake or bundt pan. Sprinkle with half of sugar and cinnamon mixture. Pour batter in pan and then sprinkle cake mixture with remaining sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 50 minutes at 325 degrees.
