CREAM DE MENTHE CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix 1/3 c. cooking oil 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding 4 eggs 8 oz. sour cream 1/4 c. cream de menthe Mix all of the above in order given. Add 6 ounce package mint chocolate chips. Bake in well greased Bundt pan or long cake pan at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. |
