CREAM DE MENTHE CAKE 
FIRST LAYER:

1 Pillsbury white cake mix
2 whole eggs
3 oz. creme de menthe

SECOND LAYER:

1 jar of fudge topping

THIRD LAYER:

11 oz. Cool Whip
1 oz. creme de menthe

Bake the first layer 25 to 30 minutes in 9 x 13 pan. Cool. Top with second layer and third layer. Refrigerate.
