EASY JELLO NO-BAKE GRASSHOPPER
DESSERT "CAKE"
 
1 pkg. Oreo dessert mix kit (Jello)
5 tbsp butter
1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. Creme de Menthe
2 tbsp. Creme de Cacao
enough cold milk to equal 1 1/3 cups liquid (a little over 1 cup)

CRUST:

Chop the bag of cookie pieces in a blender and blend until fine. Combine Crust mix, the blended pieces and melted butter in a 9-inch cake pan. Mix until crumbs are evenly moistened. Firmly press up the sides and bottom of the pan.

FILLING:

Beat softened cream cheese. Beat in liquid ingredients til foamy. Add the filling mix. Beat on low speed for 30 seconds, then on medium for 3 more minutes. Spoon into prepared crust.

Refrigerate at least 1 hour or wrap tightly and freeze.

TO SERVE:

Dip pan, just to rim, in hot water for 30 seconds for easy cutting and serving. Store in refrigerator.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
