CHOP SUEY 
3 tbsp. soy sauce
6 med. onions
6 celery stalks
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. molasses
2 cans sliced mushrooms
2 cans chop suey vegetables
1 1/2 lbs. beef
1 1/2 lbs. pork

Brown meat. Add onions, celery, chop suey vegetables, sugar, molasses, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly; simmer for 6 hours. Keep adding water as it boils away. Make gravy thickening and thicken chop suey. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
