PISTACHIO CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped cherries
1/2 c. oil
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Put everything in a bowl; cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil, and sour cream. Beat well for 5 minutes. Fold in nuts, cherries, and chocolate bits. Put in greased pan; sprinkle with flour and bake at 325 degrees until done, about 30-35 minutes. When cool, dust the top with confectioners sugar.
