2 cans artichoke hearts
1/2 stick butter
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Drain artichokes and quarter. Slice butter in baking dish and place drained artichokes. Top with cheese and bake approximately 1 hour at 300 degrees. Mash when done and serve with crackers.
