ARTICHOKE HEART DIP 
1 lg. can unmarinated artichoke hearts
2 c. Monterey Jack Cheese
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 or 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
Seasoning to taste, onion salt, garlic salt, and pepper

Dice artichokes and mix with rest of ingredients. Place in baking dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with crackers.
