EASY ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts
2/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Chop/mash apart artichoke hearts. Add mayonnaise and cheese; mix well. Put in glass baking dish and bake 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees (until bubbling and browned on top). Serve warm with crackers or tostido chips. Recipe may be doubled.
