HAMBURGER POT PIE 
2 c. flour
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. cold water

Cut shortening into flour and onion salt. Add cold water a little at a time and mix lightly with a fork. Work dough into a firm ball. Divide in half, roll out and fit dough into pie plate. Add filling below. Fit with top crust and seal. Cut slits in top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

HAMBURGER PIE FILLING:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can (15 to 16 oz.) green beans, drained OR 2 c. fresh or frozen green beans
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1 can (10 oz.) tomato soup

Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in green beans, soup and seasonings. Pour filling into pastry crust above, cover with top crust and bake as directed above.
