HAMBURGER POT PIE 
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. onion salt
1/4 c. cold water

HAMBURGER FILLING:

1 tbsp. shortening
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) can green beans
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1/8 tsp. oregano

Sift flour and salt into bowl. Cut in shortening. Add water a little bit at a time. Divide dough in half and roll out 2 crusts.

In skillet heat shortening. Add beef and onion. Cook just until meat is browned. Stir in green beans, soup and seasonings. Pour filling into pastry lined (8 or 9 inch) pie plate. Place top crust over filling and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

2 cups frozen green beans, thawed, can be substituted for canned beans.
