CHOCOLATE ITALIAN COOKIES 
3 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. crisco oil
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. Hershey cocoa powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Mix together sugar, oil, and eggs. Beat until creamy. Mix together flour, baking powder, cocoa, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add to mixture a little at a time, alternating flour and milk. Add vanilla and fold in walnuts and chips.

Form into 1- inch balls and bake at 350°F for 10 to 12 minutes. Make frosting and when slightly cool, dip in frosting.

Frosting:

milk
powdered sugar
vanilla

Blend, making icing not too thick.
