ITALIAN MEATBALL COOKIES 
1 c. oil or butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. cinnamon, cloves & nutmeg
3/4 c. cocoa
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate bits
1 c. raisins
Frosting of choice

Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add milk and vanilla a little at a time. Add dry ingredients and spices. Mix well. Add chocolate, nuts and raisins. Add oil to hands and roll into small balls. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Frost. These go over well at holidays, weddings and graduation.

First time I made these the spices overpowered the taste. The second time I made them I cut the spice by 50%. Much better. If you don't use raisins add a little more milk and vanilla.
