COTTAGE POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 boiled potatoes, chilled
1 c. (6 slices) diced American cheese
1 onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pimiento
1/2 c. melted butter
1 slice of bread, broken into sm. pieces
Salt and pepper to taste
Milk
Crushed cornflakes cereal

Combine first 7 ingredients in a bowl; pour into a greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Fill dish to halfway mark with milk. Sprinkle with cornflakes. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
