COTTAGE POTATOES 
10 Idaho type potatoes, cooked in the skins
2 slices white bread, crumbled
1/4 c. milk
1 c. melted butter
1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. milk
1 c. crushed corn flakes

Peel and slice the potatoes into a bowl, set aside. In another bowl, put the bread crumbs and 1/4 cup milk. Add the parsley, butter, green pepper, onion, salt and pepper. Mix in with the potatoes and stir well. Place in a shallow baking dish and add the 2 cups milk and corn flakes. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
