BARBECUED SPARE RIBS 
2 lbs. spare ribs, cut in serving size pieces

Simmer for an hour in small amount of water. Drain and place in baking dish. Cover with sauce: 2 tbsp. butter 2 tsp. paprika 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/2 c. catsup 2 tbsp. vinegar 2 tbsp. brown sugar

Cook onion in butter until clear, add rest of ingredients, and simmer for 10 minutes. Pour over ribs, bake covered for 1 hour at 300 degrees.
