CRUSTLESS APPLE PIE 
5 to 6 apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup light brown sugar

Preheat oven to 325°F. Butter glass pie pan. Peel and slice apples.

Mix white sugar and cinnamon and pour over apples. Mix butter, flour and brown sugar (will be lumpy). Pour over apples.

Bake at 325°F to 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
