CRUSTLESS PUMPKIN PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix all ingredients together and beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour into a greased pie plate and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.

Yields 1 pie.
