COCONUT PIE (CRUSTLESS) 
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased 10 inch pie plate (it will fill pan to top). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
