CRANBERRY FLUFF FRUIT SALAD 
Start this salad 24 hours in advance

2 c. ground cranberries
23 c. tiny marshmallows
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. diced unpared tart apples or 2 lg. cans chunk pineapple (you may use some of each)
1 c. seedless green grapes
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. heavy cream, whipped (or Rich Whip)

Combine ground cranberries, marshmallows and sugar. Cover and chill overnight. Add apples, pineapple, nuts, grapes and fold in whipped cream the following day. Chill. Put in serving bowl or individual lettuce cups. Trim with clusters of fresh green grapes if desired. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
