VERMONT CURSILLO EGG & SAUSAGE
SOUFFLE
 
4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage meat
6 eggs
2 c. milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of dry mustard
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Line a greased casserole with bread, broken in small pieces. Add browned sausage in small pieces. Beat eggs with milk, salt, pepper and mustard and pour over sausage. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serves 6 to 8.
