EGG AND SAUSAGE SOUFFLE 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 lb. sausage, fried and drained
1 lb. shredded sharp cheese
6 slices fresh bread, cubed
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk

In greased casserole dish, layer bread cubes over bottom. Mix all other ingredients and pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until set.
