GRANNY'S SAUSAGE AND EGG SOUFFLE 
6 eggs, slightly beaten
6 slices bread, cubed
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 lb. spicy sausage, fried brown and drained
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients and place in 9x12 inch ungreased casserole. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
