SAUSAGE AND EGG SOUFFLE | |
1 lb. sausage, ground, crumbled and drained 6 eggs 2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt 6 slices soft bread, cut in cubes 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 tsp. dry mustard In an 8x10 inch baking dish, layer as follows. first sausage, second bread. Then beat eggs, milk, cheese and seasonings together. Pour mixture over bread and sausage. Cover with Saran Wrap overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Insert table knife; if clean, it's done. |
