CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
If using raw eggs are a concern, Pasteurized eggs are available at your supermarket.

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3 egg yolks, well beaten
1 pkg. chocolate chips
12 marshmallows, cut up
1 c. salted pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
12 graham crackers, crushed

Mix confectioners' sugar, butter and egg yolks. Add 1 package of chocolate chips. Mix. Add cut up marshmallows, pecans and vanilla. Add the stiffly beaten egg whites. Place 2/3 of the crushed graham crackers on the bottom of a greased pan. Pour in filling and top with remaining crackers. Refrigerate before serving.
