CARAMEL DELIGHTS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 1/8 c. packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/8 c. butter, melted

FILLING:

1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
14 oz. bag caramels
1/3 c. evaporated milk

Combine all crust ingredients. Press half of crumb mixture into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts. Melt caramels and milk. Pour over chocolate and nuts. Crumble remaining crust mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes. Chill 2 hours
