EVE'S QUICK AND EASY DILL COLE
SLAW
 
Preparation time is 20 minutes or less. Shredding the cabbage takes the most time, but the food processor speeds this up.

1 head cabbage
4 pkgs. ranch dressing mix (HIDDEN VALLEY®)
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise (may need more if head of cabbage is large)
1 jar dill relish (not drained)
1 tbsp. dill weed
dash of salt
black pepper, to taste
dash of vinegar or lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded carrots

Shred cabbage (food processor works great). Add all ingredients and mix together well. May be served immediately.
