ITALIAN SAUSAGE AND PEPPER 
1 lb. Italian sausage cut into chunks
2 tbsp. water
2 lg. green peppers, cut into 3/4 inch wide strips
1 med. onion, sliced and separated into rings
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can Campbell's Zesty Tomato Soup Sauce
1 c. water
1 tsp. vinegar
1 bag Uncle Bens Boil in Bag Rice, Family Size

In covered skillet, over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 tablespoons water 5 minutes. Uncover; cook until sausage is browned on all sides.

Add green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet. Cook until peppers are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Spoon off fat.

Stir in soup, 1 cup water and vinegar; reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes.

Meanwhile cook rice according to directions. Serve sausage and peppers over cooked rice. Serves 4.
