ITALIAN SAUSAGE SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
1 lb. bulk Italian sausage 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 med. green bell pepper, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1 (32 oz.) jar prepared spaghetti sauce 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Creamette spaghetti, uncooked 2 tbsp. softened butter In medium skillet, cook sausage until no longer pink, drain. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Toss with softened butter. Serve sauce over hot spaghetti. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
