CREAM CHICKEN & RICE 
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
3-4 chicken breasts
Mushrooms (opt.)
Your favorite rice or toast

Retain from cooking chicken or store bought.

Boil chicken approximately 45 to 60 minutes; let cool. Melt butter (butter) in pot over medium heat, blend in flour, salt and pepper. Cook until bubbling, remove from heat and stir in broth and milk, bring to a boil and boil 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in chicken (cut up) and mushrooms, let simmer approximately 5 minutes, serve over rice or toast.
