CREAMED CHICKEN OVER RICE 
3 lbs. chicken, cooked, cut into bite-size pieces
UNCLE BEN'S® rice
12 tbsp. butter
9 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. pepper
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. regular milk

Cook rice according to package, making basic recipe plus half again as much.

In another pan, melt the butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper. Cook over low heat until bubbling. Add chicken broth, evaporated milk, and regular milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly until thick like gravy. Add chicken. Heat thoroughly. Serve over hot rice. Yield: 6-8 servings.
