SWISS CHEESE KUGEL 
8 oz. noodles, cooked & drained
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. onion juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream

Add cheese to hot noodles. Add onion juice, sauce, butter, salt and pepper; allow to cool. Combine with sour cream, mix lightly. Top with crumbs. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
