MUSHROOM KUGEL | |
Cook 12 ounce thin noodles. Meanwhile saute the following: 1 garlic clove, minced 1 lg. onion, quartered 1 green pepper, cut in chunks 1 celery stalk, cut in chunks 2 tbsp. oil Add the above vegetables plus 1 can condensed mushroom soup to noodles. Mix well. Place in a greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with paprika. To reheat add a bit of water. |
