CHEESY PORK AND MUSHROOM
CASSEROLE
 
1 1/2 lb. ground pork (sausage)
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper

Cook until pork is done; drain fat. Cook 4 ounces medium egg noodles. 1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. mushrooms

To meat mixture add noodles, 2 cups cheese, corn, and soup. Cook until heated through. Arrange mushrooms on top and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Return to oven until cheese melts.
