GRASSHOPPER CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
1 tbsp. granulated sugar
3 tbsp. butter, melted

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. creme de menthe
1/2 c. creme de cacoa (white)

TOPPING:

5 oz. sweet chocolate, melted
3/4 c. sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom and up sides of 9 inch springform pan. Beat cream cheese and sugar together in medium sized bowl. Add eggs, beating until smooth. Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Pour filling into crust.

Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool. Combine topping ingredients; spread over cooled cake. Refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

I have a much simpler recipe!!! Buy the Jell-o brand no bake cheesecake mix, add 1/2 tsp mint extract, few drops of green food color, 1&1/2 cups milk, mix with mixer for 3 mins. Add 1/2 cup Andes mint chips then pour into store bought Oreo pie crust. Top with remaining chips and whipped cream! Amazing...........
