GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. lemon juice
9 oz. frozen non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
Chocolate curls for garnish
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. green Creme de Menthe

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Slowly add condensed milk, beating until smooth, by hand. Stir in lemon juice and Creme De Menthe, NO SAMPLING. Fold in whipped topping. Lightly pile into crust. Add garnish. Chill 2 hours. Serves 8. (Crust can be graham cracker or chocolate cookie crust.)
