1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper
1 can chopped tomatoes
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. Italian seasons
Salt and pepper to taste
2 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. egg noodles
6 slices of cheese

Combine the first seven ingredients in a heavy kettle and mix well. Place the egg noodles on top and let it cook. After mixture is done, place cheese slices and let melt. Do not stir until water is gone and noodles are tender. Turn off heat and stir.
