1/4 c. butter
1 lg. onion, sliced
2 med. zucchini, peeled & sliced thin
1 sm. green pepper
2 lg. tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. allspice

Melt butter in large skillet and then add zucchini and onion. Cover and cook until zucchini is tender. Add green peppers and tomatoes. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over top. Cover and cook until tomatoes are heated through.
