RONNIE'S NO BAKE CHERRY DESSERT | |
30 graham cracker squares, approximately 1 c. sour cream or plain yogurt 2 c. milk 1 6 oz. pkg. vanilla instant pudding and pie mix 1 to 1 1/2 (21 oz. or 1 large) can cherry pie filling Line 9 x 13 pan with crackers. Beat milk and sour cream with wire whisk until smooth. Beat in pudding until slightly thick (about 2 minutes). Spread 1/2 of mixture over the crackers. Top with remaining crackers. Spread rest of pudding mixture over crackers. Next, add cherry pie filling. Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. |
