BAKED HAM WITH CHERRY SAUCE 
2 to 2 1/2 lb. sliced ready to eat ham
1 (1 lb.) can pitted dark sweet cherries
2 tsp. corn starch (for thickening)
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. finely chopped candied ginger or 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. lemon juice

Combine ingredients. Bring to mild boil and thicken with corn starch. Serve ham with warm cherry sauce.
