CRUNCHY CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/8 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 c. melted butter

Mix crumbs, cheese, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in butter, then in cracker mixture. Use shallow baking dish. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Do not turn. Lay foil over dish. Take foil off dish 15 minutes before time for browning.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.

May do without cheese and garlic powder.
