BAKED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. salt
2 chicken breast (split) or 4 legs + 4 thighs

Place bread crumbs, flour, paprika in a bowl; blend. Mix egg and milk in a bowl, add salt and pepper. Add 1 chicken piece at a time to egg mix, then dip into crumb mix. Be sure all sides are coated. Arrange in baking pan so pieces do not touch. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until the chicken is tender and golden brown. Serves 4.
