SWEET-SOUR MEATBALLS CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk

Mix the above and shape into small meatballs. Put in shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Drain fat, add sauce and bake 45 minutes.

SAUCE:

2 c. tomato juice
2 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. bar-b-que sauce
1/4 c. water

Put meat in dish, add chunk Pineapple and stuffed olives. Pour sauce over all and serve with hot rice.
