SWEET AND SOUR SAUERKRAUT
CASSEROLE
 
1 can sauerkraut, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 slices bacon
2 cans tomatoes, drained
1 c. brown sugar

Saute bacon and onion, add kraut and tomatoes and sugar. Stir well and bake in greased baking dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
